Other than our holiday manager who is employed on a part-time basis, West Runton Holidays is a volunteer led and run charity. Therefore, we don't have an 'office' with the normal contact information and hours you might expect.
Holiday Enquiries
Each activity or adventure holiday has a designated Booking Secretary who will be able to help with any questions relating to their specific holiday. Their email address can be found on the individual holiday web pages in the right hand column.
Please be aware that, as volunteers, the Booking Secretaries and Holiday Leaders have full time occupations, and may therefore take a few days to respond.
General and Website Enquiries
If your enquiry is not related directly to a specific holiday, please contact our Holiday Manager Michelle Heffer on info@westrunton.org.uk, please be aware that sometimes it may take several days for a response if she is on leave etc.
Postal bookings
If you are unable to use online payments you can download and print a booking form here and send it in the post to the appropriate booking secretary listed on each holiday page or WRH c/o 3 Andrews Way Marlow SL7 3QJ. Please include a cheque for the deposit made out to West Runton Holidays
